I' don't agree with this but the only way Zorn will remain as Head Coach is if he wins the NFC EAST, goes 12 and 4, or goes to the Super Bowl. Too many big name coaches out there for next year and Mr. Snyder and Jerry Jones will have a bidding war for the next coach.....no doubt DS and VC saw this as a big possibility when they hired Zorn, of course hoping Zorn would somehow get the SKins to the

SouperMeister 07-20-2009, 08:09 PM Jason Campbell and the offense must show significant progress. If they don't, I would anticipate another season out of the playoffs, with The Danny looking for a new coach.
53Fan 07-20-2009, 08:33 PM Zorn should just focus on coaching this team, the rest will take care of itself.
That's what it comes down to, and I suspect that's what Zorn is doing. If the team does well, we'll have a solid HC and QB for a long time. Great sig SFREDSKIN. :laughing-
1) Zorn keeps his gig
HOWEVER, to be successful, he needs to:
Win 10 games.............2 of which will be stompin' the goffin shit outta' dallas=good season

53Fan 07-20-2009, 10:51 PM Ok, I guess I could have said ditto to 53Fan and Matty, but I started typing, and then work got in the way of me finishing, so I didn't know I was just duplicating...
I agree with Matty and 53Fan :)
But you explained it so well. :)

Ya know, its bittersweet having both of the dallas games late in the season. The magnitude of the early season win there last year made the 6-2 start all that much sweeter. This year we may have locked up a playoff spot while they are changing their headcoach before we even play our first game! Ah well guess that means we will have to beat the giants in game 1 just to give some early excitement,
BaltimoreSkins 07-21-2009, 12:03 AM JZ and JC are tied together. If JC plays good and the Skins improve the JZ keeps his job. IF JC plays his typical style and the Skins look like the same old team then JZ goes. Unfortunately IMO, JZ's fate rests with the performance of JC.
If Campbell plays his typical self and only throws 6 ints all season, Zorn and the Redskins will be in great shape. The WR must not drop as many passes as they did last year and the oline needs to hold up. He threw all 6 late in the season when the oline was battered and Campbell was under pressure.
SFREDSKIN 07-21-2009, 12:31 AM Great sig SFREDSKIN. :laughing-
Thanks!! You know where I stole that line from...
