St. Louis Rams cut linebacker Pisa Tinoisamoa, team leader in tackles - ESPN (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4152152)

He's only 27 years old and to me could be someone that we can look at for our linebacker position.

He sounds like an angry Samoan. His highest tackle game was against us last year.

He would make for great headlines

When he misses a tackle on what proves to be a winning TD drive "Pisa Shit Blows Game!"

When he hovers over a defenseless QB as he's about to sack him "Pisa Towers Over Opposition"

Found this on a Rams Blog:
It was hard to question his motor, but his lack of consistency frustrated observers the most. Tinoisamoa, however, was the man without a position with the move of Witherspoon from the middle back to his natural role on the weak-side. Pisa, at 220 lbs, is a little smallish for the strong-side. We speculated this might be coming earlier in the spring.

If he's healthy, to be honest, I have a gut feeling that MW will be back.

St. Louis was trying to trade him draft day...I say give this guy a look at the OLB spot and get Orakpo back to his natural position...dont like the fact we are taking a rookie out of his natural position and teaching him a brand new position, the learning curve is gonna be much higher and his impact will be less. This guy looks like a solid pro with experience at the position.

Yep. They tried him at SAM last month and said he wasn't big enough to hold the position. He's definitely fearless though. That's apparently what causes most of his injuries.

If he gets called for encroachment, is it the Leaning tower of Pisa?

That's odd ESPN has him listed at 240

How long till the obligatory "they let him go for a reason" post? Because while I hate the fact that we have people that start threads for virtually every free agent I equally hate the people that seem to think that teams never make mistakes when they release players. Yeah we released James Thrash and Brian Mitchell for reasons. So they could kick our ass when they played for the Eagles.
