No kidding, whatever it takes I guess.
In all seriousness though, I don't think seeing the ball was as much a problem for DT as getting himself in the right place to receive the ball.
Yeah even lesser informed fans could tell his set was extremely limited with our offense. He didn't seem to have a great array of routes he had mastered and then when he did finally get on the field too many penalties.

I hope this speaking in the third person thing doesn't happen often.
Why? it almost worked for Bob Dole.

Yeah, it is weird and diva-ish.

Yeah, its weird, but at least he's confident. I can't imagine he would be so bold if he didn't feel that this was his year. I mean did he talk himself up last year? Whether or not he can live up to his claim is debatable, but at very least you gotta figure he's in better shape.

If you wanna be a great WR you should emulate the greats who came before you - and most great WR's talk like Leon from those Budweiser commercials. So I'm glad to see DT maturing into his position off the field as well as on.

Sounds like Devin is much further along this year. Let's hope it's for real. We're gonna need him and/or Kelly to really produce.

Indeed, because even eye surgery won't help you see the ball if you're looking at it from the wrong place

I agree. He seemed to catch the one long pass for a TD pretty good.
