Ugh. Poor guy. Only 33 years old too. Hopefully Jerry Jones does the right thing and takes care of him and his family financially, otherwise this thing has lawsuit written all over it.

Yes. If Jerry Jones has an IQ above 3 which is questionable, he will do the right thing in the correct order.

If Jerry is the usual Richard, the lawyers will shred him and that organization a new one.

I live east of Dallas and that same storm came through my town. It blew down every single corn plant that I had. This problem is not in the same league as being paralyzed, mind you, but it is still a bummer. It was a heck of a storm.

Here's a pic of what supposedly hit the facility, looks like an inverted tornado...

That's a pretty wicked picture of a microburst.

I've never seen one pictured before.

If anyone has it in their heart, and ability:

A way to help paralyzed Cowboys scout - NFC East - ESPN (http://myespn.go.com/blogs/nfceast/0-10-27/A-way-to-help-paralyzed-Cowboys-scout.html)

"We've had an overwhelming number of phone calls and correspondence from friends and fans who want to know how they can help Rich and his family," said Cowboys public relations director Rich Dalrymple. "We are grateful to Bank of America for helping us get this moving so quickly."

Here's how you can contribute:

Dallas, Texas 75205
Checks made payable to "Rich Behm Family Trust Fund"

Agree , JJ should help the young man and his family , looks like the builder will have to help .

Based on the info that has come out about the company that built this facility, & that so far as I have heard, JJ never had the building inspected this year, I would expect the guy who was paralyzed to sue the daylights out of JJ & the Cowboys...& rightfully so. I feel bad for the guy that got the worst of this...

That said, you all are much better people then me...that's my ignorant statement.
