Thank goodness Jones wasn't there. The last thing we need is someone with a clue running Dallas.
Absolutely! I'm glad no one was seriously injured and I hope Jones lives well into his Al Davis years!

Actually, it looks like a total of 12 people injured (one critically), including a few assistant coaches. This is pretty awful. There's a video in the link.

Wow. That's worse than I thought. I pray everyone who was injured makes a full recovery.

Pretty harrowing account here. One of their assistants, who happens to be Dan Reeves' son-in-law, broke his back in a few places.

My gosh. The thing looks like it's basically a big tent with lights and stuff hanging from it. I wonder if it's the only facility like that in the NFL. Doesn't look very sturdy.

Yeah, Cowboys' Special Team Coach, Joe DeCamillis has a broken vertabrae. The doctors said that he is lucky that he isn't paralyzed. As much as I hate Dallas, this is pretty sad and hope that everyone will be okay.

I was thinking the same thing. Strange, given Jerruh Jones' propensity to spend.

Apparently the place shakes all the time in the wind. I guess the winds hit 64mph today. Not exactly timid, but not hurricane force either. Those air bubbles air pretty flimsy. They are basically held up by scaffolding.
I don't think there's anything wrong with teams practicing inside structures like this, but I guess it's imperative that they have someone closely following the local weather radar.

Yeah the article says it was built in 2003 when Parcells was there. Just seems like a temporary type building to me. Kinda strange.

i cant believe we went 2 full pages with out someone saying something ignorant? hopefully everyone involved will have a speedy recovery. and any other teams using something like this will look into either strengthening, or replacing it
