Reasons for drafting Sanchez

Just what does everyone think of Sanchez now?

^ Although he has a bright future, I'm still glad that we didn't get him. We would have given up too much in terms of players/picks to move up and we would not have gotten Orakpo.

Sanchez isn't very good, but he's improved over the guy he was earlier in the season, and most importantly, he's in the right place at the right time.

He's on a team with a pro bowl offensive line, a great running game, very good wideouts, and has a true top 5 defense. Of course he's going to be successful. In here he would have turn into the next David Carr. So let's drop this stupid argument.

That offensive line makes the difference. Why do people think the QB is the only problem in Washington?

The kid is blessed to have two vital elements essential to being successful, he has a good defense and a good running game. Just the average QB will take thse two anytime. It's not often a rookie QB will get to the championship game, my hat's off to Sanchez and the Jets. "Good Luck!!" in Indy next week.

How about that OL? If only we could have a line like that, they led the NFL in rushing all year.
