I'm kinda supprised at most of you. If I knew how to work a search button on here I'd find the thread where everyone is bashing JC saying he sucks, has a slow throwing motion, can only throw intermediate passes, throws too hard for short routes, is not accurate on the long ball, can't read defenses. Am I bashing him no not really but I do believe some of these issues. I for one thought Zorn would be able to fix some of the problems, perhaps Zorn has figured out JC will either not change cause of habit or can't change with out ruining some of his effectiveness.

Where are all the Colt fans? I think I only saw one Colt fan on here rallying for the cause. lol.

I agree there are some bigger issues then JC like the OL for protection. but no matter how much protection you give him, if he can't read a defense and audible then nothing will change with a decent OL. Oh, I'll agree he played lights out for 8 games. I'm not knocking him. I'm just wondering where all the JC bashers are?

As for Sanchez. It's not rocket science that JC is in his last yr. If there is a possibility to upgrade a team should do it atleast a yr prior to letting said current QB go cause the new one will have to learn the speed of the game and play calls. I honestly don't know why JC is throwing a fit. Stay with the team, Play lights out, show the Skins they need to resign him, and ask for more money this time. If you lose your possition to a one season, 16 game experienced Rookie then maybe there are serious problems.

How sweet it would be to have JC, Sanchez, and Colt. Perhaps not in that order. JC knows he would get the start. Sanchez does not even have the play book. He has to learn that first and then get on the field for experience, and then learn the speed of the game.

Also, I'm not sure why people are knocking Sanchez unless it's simply due to having to give up so much. Sanchez played in a pro style WCO in college. He can make all the throws. He is accurate. He can scramble, He throws the ball prior to his WR make their breaks (which if I'm accurate some said JC could not do. He seemed to throw the ball when the WR got to his mark on the field which usually resulted in a ball behind the WR) Sanchez hits his WR in stride. His only knock is he lacks experience. He played one season...16 games.

I have said in other threads....I'm not for moving up and getting him. I'm for dropping back and getting extra picks as long as we have a trade partner. I bet we don't. I believe we need OL, LB, CB, DE, WR, and RB. I'm happy with JC for this yr and see how he does with a better OL. but ....if they get Sanchez, so be it. I'll understand. I don't like mortgaging our future or losing picks to get him but if he is honestly better then JC then good get him. The QB's of this era need to get thicker skin. Buck up and let your play be your mouth. Stop being babies and play. There are 32 teams in the NFL and not everyone can be a starter. JC if you feel snubed then go elsewhere and try to take the job from someone else unless of course your lucky enough to go to a team that has no one.

I'm personally tired of people focusing solely on the QB and non of whats going on around him (like no one being able to pass block)

Unless we draft Sanchez and then trade Campbell for a first (obviously wont happen) or high 2nd, I will not be happy.

Hopefully the other guys are right and the Sanchez crap is just an orchestrated psy ops to keep other teams from guessing on how we really want. Getting rid of JC at this juncture would be a huge mistake that could end up being as disasterous as Schuler being a bust back in 1994.

Don't be happy. good for you. for what ever reason it seems the coach's are content with who we have now and the talent level. Maybe they think it was all JC or maybe they think it was simple injuries and are hoping it doesn't happen again. The team did play lights out for 8 games. We still have a OL we picked up last yr who hopefully has been working to get better and if we pick a late round OL for Buges to work with so be it.

Be careful what you wish for!!!!!!!!! I am not really sold on JC being our next true franchise guy, but I know he is a good enough QB to at least keep him around to get his final grade so to speak. Sanchez only had been the man for only one season in USC. Pete Carroll even said he wasn't ready for the NFL. A Brennan and Sanchez mix would possibly relive 1994-5 with Schuler and Frerotte. Good ole Gus gave it his best, but it wasn't enough. What happens if Brennan isn't the guy either? Sure he has most of the NCAA passing records, but they were padded stats with the weak ass whack jobs Hawaii played. Shoot, I could probably get a team of local ex jocks around my area together and post at least a 11-1 record playing a Hawaii schedule. As for Sanchez, he was surrounded by a totally stacked team playing in a weak ass conference himself. Also USC doesn't have a good rep for QB play in the NFL for the longest time. Why is that? When you are a QB on a team totally stacked with talent, even an average QB looks damn good!!!!! ALso keeping the fossil Collins around isn't cool either unless you are prepared to make him the starter!!!! IS that what you want?

Well, that fossil Collins took us to the playoffs a couple of years ago. I believe we were 5-7 with JC and Collins ran the table (4-0) to finish 9-7.

What I'm most dismayed about is how this time last year Vinny was named to the Executive VP role, and we were all saying finally we can pin the success/failure of the team on him because he has final say-so.

Clearly that is not the case, and Dan Snyder is back to getting his hands very deep into football operations.

This sucks.

Can't have it two ways. Either your happy the team makes no moves in the off season and utilizes the draft or your happy with the DS and his wild moves in the off season. Although I liked having picks in the draft Fantasy Fooball is fun to watch also.

What browser do you use?

You don't see 'search' on the top toolbar in between 'new posts' and 'quick links'??

The real reason Joe Gibbs left was Dan Snyder he's an idiot.

Bingo!! This whole fiasco is a cluster ****. Why treat a classy, up and coming QB like dirt instead of giving a second season in a different offensive system. If this is true that Campbell has been offered as trade bait and they really draft Sanchez, then Snyder and VC are true ****ing idiots!!

When you trade to draft a QB (JC) in the 1st round (Gibbs) you should give him every opportunity to be successfull. Have the Redskins done that with JC?
We all know the different offense system he has to learn, and HC changes. What will be different with Sanchez if you have the same O-line and WR to throw to.
