I think what's meant is whether you're implying the FO wishes to sign another QB who could potentially start (yeah i know it was previously stated Leftwich would only be a backup but honestly I don't know anyone dumb enough to take the words of the FO to heart).

We need Campbell to step up and become a leader. And to work on his accuracy down-field, its too inconsistent.

No I don't think we really want Leftwich, or would sign him. Just that he could be available.
