We ain't anywhere near the g-men, especially since they signed Canty & he will get some snaps at DT on passing downs. But we're deep at DT for now. Griff is rarely healthy for a whole season, Monty & Golston will get some time.

I just hope they don't let them walk after next year, these guys were good finds & deserve avg. starter money.

I think he can actually be traded now. Not sure he could have been before he signed his tender (not saying he will be traded, just that he can be)

Yup, now he could be traded.

I smell a breakout season. He has been on the cusp in previous seasons. I look for him to start after a great preseason with Montgomery spelling him and Haynesworth. I predict Griffin on IR before week 1.

What the hell man...I realize Griff is our oldest DT now but why pretend like he's on his last leg. Dude was an absolute warrior for us last year...SPENT LESS TIME HURT THAN THE YOUNGER GUYS. Remember Monty was hurt early on and lost his spot to Kedric...Kedric had some kind of foot injury (?) later in the season and his performance suffered. Griff was the healthiest and just overall made a big contribution...give the guy a break.

This is a good solid depth move at the right price.

Excellent. It is very nice to see the Redskins KEEPING our homegrown talent around.

I'm glad we resigned Monty and Golston. They're both solid and should be good for 20 snaps or so a game in relief (sorry for the baseball reference - Go O's!).
It'll be interesting to see what the skins do with Griffin next year. His cap number is high for his age plus he's starting to break down so I'd expect to see them cut him like they did Marcus Washington. If that happens, resigning at least one if not both of these guys will be important.

Good. I guess, it has got to be a bummer for both Montgomery and Golsten not to get more interest. We have many good guys on our team who year in and year out don't get much in the way of good pub. I am not saying we have PB players at every position, just that even when they are solid performers they don't get good attention like other similar players. But I am glad they are back, and here is hoping that AH's presence lets the rest of the DLine look like super studs!!!
Well when the team your on is only 50/50 you have to be a very good player to get any attention. All good to average players just get over looked which is actually good for us when they get over looked. Bad part is we where a 50/50 team.
