I’m surprised that more media folks have not jumped on the opportunity to make fun of or; bash the redskins for throwing JC under the bus. Over the years Danny has made so many mistakes, but none were so cold hearted and unwarranted as the attack on the starting QB. And not knowing any of the details behind this deal even makes this nightmare more frustrating for the players and the fans. My hats off to JC, I wish him luck and hope finds success and then stuffs this Cutler trade up Danny’s Ass.

I also think this will be a make-or-break season for both Campbell and Zorn. I think that's fair as far as Campbell is concerned. I'm not so sure that it's fair in the case of Zorn but, with several big-name coaches looking for a HC job next season, Snyder won't be able to help himself.

Now, here's where Snyder may have gotten himself into trouble: if Campbell has a big year he'll generate some interest around the league and he may just sign elsewhere because of his resentment over the Cutler incident.

I agree. This should be it for JC, either put up or get out. This is only JZ's 2nd year and he shouldnt be on the hot seat so soon. He should get 4 years to see if he has it. There will always be big-name coaches looking for jobs so their should be no rush to fire & hire (but that's how I see it I doubt DS sees it that way).

There has to be a better thread title

Hopefully it's a 24 hour bug thing between this thread and "What would you do if you were the Bengals owner?"

Attack? That's spinning some drama on the situation.

Douche? I have heard most of all that here from people on this site are they douches also? Not sure why people get so bent over when they read in the press the same stuff they read here almost everyday from the fans. To say the media loves to bash the Skins I was no hearing that when we where winning last year and the media just prints what the skins give them.

I say there's a 51% chance that Campbell is not here at the start of this season

Campbell had a 2-part interview on Comcast Sportsnite the last 2 days. He is definitely saying the "right" things, but his refusal to answer certain types of questions involving the FO, and his long-term status, seemed to make it clear that he was really hurt by it.

There's a 100% chance you are wrong.

The fact that Denver turned down our offer because they didn't like Campbell and Orton was the deal breaker says a little something. I think skins fans may over value Campbell a bit. He's a serviceable starter.
