Not a new music selection, but if you are into hip-hop, you should check out Atmosphere. Easily one of my favorite groups from the past 10 years. Great beats, good flow, and conscious lyrics you can understand. Also check out Sweatshop Union for the same reasons.
i will suggest Nyle and Common Market as well.

And still loving the Wale "mixtape about nothing". A Seinfeld themed go-go based hip hop album has to be good, so check it out.
i really like mixtape about nothing, but 100 miles & running is ill too. i would recommend listening to that album.

I like ALL kinds of music. In the evenings it's been a lot of jazz lately.
But lately I've been listening to a lot of:
The Fray
Coldplay
The Killers
The Roots
Mos Def
Sublime
Jack Johnson
I slept on Mos Def :(

Tryful- on that first link, I gotta give ups to Jake One. Dude's one of the sickest producers in the game.

no doubt, he's versatile.. a west coast guy and most west coast producers are pretty dull to me.. worked with east coast guys like M.O.P. and Freeway, bay area guys like keak da sneak, etc.. has a bit of that old school feel without it being a bad thing

Baroness
Cephus & Wiggins
Shooter Jennings
Skeleton Witch
The Sounds
I like to go onto Fine Tune.com to get a few songs here and there instead of buying the whole album. So few albums are worth buying these days.
What?!?!??!!? I cannot believe you know them. I went to high school with all of them. I played soccer with the bass player. I knew them at high school parties when they were Johnny Welfare and the Paychecks. My wife actually dated the drummer in middle school. She said his breath was like Alpo. We have pictures to prove it! LOL

New Paramore Chevelle and AFI kick ass
We got backstage to Paramore in C-ville in April. I know it's a teenage band, but I like them.
