Awesome, FF rock
Any New Music Selections?MTK 04-20-2011, 12:38 PM Awesome, FF rock mredskins 04-20-2011, 12:54 PM I wonder how many folks were out in that guys yard listening? Budweiser did something a few years back were they took big bands to small bars as surprises, kind of cool. Once after a Sox game I was at Mama Kins, a bar owned by Aerosmith now closed but was next to Fenway, we went in for a beer or two (no shots they are illegal after Sox games in the Fenway area) and out of no where Aerosmith showed up and sang Back in the Saddle then took off it was really cool. Mama Kins closed?? Too bad... I liked that place. (I lived in Boston for a few years) Haven't been back in a while, how's the Landsdowne strip these days?? mredskins 04-20-2011, 01:56 PM Mama Kins closed?? Too bad... I liked that place. (I lived in Boston for a few years) Haven't been back in a while, how's the Landsdowne strip these days?? could not tell you I have not been to Boston in probably 6 years. I still go to RI to visit friends and fmily but Rhode Islanders never want to go to Boston unless for sports. mlmpetert 04-20-2011, 02:50 PM Free mixtape download from Eric Stanley on Friday, if anyone's interested: Eric Stanley (http://www.ericstanleyglobal.com/) MTK 05-04-2011, 06:23 PM Beasties are back and bringin' the sauce Album review: Beastie Boys' 'Hot Sauce Committee Part Two' | Pop & Hiss | Los Angeles Times (http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/music_blog/2011/05/album-review-beastie-boys-hot-sauce-committee-part-two.html) Dirtbag59 05-17-2011, 12:59 AM Cover of the famous 80's hit "Come on Eileen." Then again it could easily be a publicity stunt, I mean Celebrity Genealogist? Is that even a real thing? Lady Gaga and Madonna are cousins with French-Canadian roots | Ampersand | National Post (http://arts.nationalpost.com/2011/05/16/lady-gaga-and-madonna-are-cousins-with-french-canadian-roots/) Apparently pushing the envelop runs in families, because two of the most outrageous and controversial singers of the last twenty years are related. American celebrity genealogist Chris Child has found that Madonna (née Madonna Louise Veronica Ciccone) and Lady Gaga (née Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta) are linked by a farming couple who immigrated to Quebec from France in the 1600s. Maybe the flamboyant performer gene is recessive. Still, can you imagine the family reunion? Dirtbag59 05-27-2011, 12:59 AM Lr4tpBNGFD4 tryfuhl 05-27-2011, 02:22 AM 3JauSeK9V4c |
