Just the team doing it's due diligence. Don't read too far into it.
I hope it's more than due diligence...I'd like to think we're feigning our interest in Sanchez so his draft stock possibly rises, allowing a player we could really use fall further. Maybe showing interest in him also gives us a bit more leverage in a trade scenario...

Whoopty-doo. We should check out as many players as we can. I don't think there's any lines to read between here.I think you are limited to 30 private workouts.
I'm not sure that 30 is the number, but I know the NFL regulates official private workouts.

I'm still convinced that none of the TEAMS ahead of us are going to take a quarterback. The first QB taken will be taken because of a trade up.
*watches as the Rams take Stafford with the 2nd overall pick out of nowhere*

Hey, that's one less team that takes a tackle. I think between having teams take either a QB or WR too early (Stafford/Sanchez/Crabtree/Hey-Bey) we can have a tackle not named Andre Smith fall to us.

It's hard to say how the team views Oher, though. Monroe and Jason Smith are locks to be gone by 13. It's conceivable that Oher and Smith could both make it through. I have a feeling that they'd take Smith over Oher.
I personally see Oher as the better LT prospect of the two, and any tackle you are going to take in the top half of the round should definately be able to play on the left one day. So that's my reasons for supporting Oher over Smith. Still, I get the vibe that the FO really likes Smith, and isn't all that serious about Oher.
In all honesty, I'm probably just overanalyzing non-signals.

Hey i think SmootSmack has mentioned the FO, and maybe the entire Redskins franchise, really like Oher. What I don't get is how some mocks have him falling to the bottom of the first round and some analysts sound less and less impressed w/ him. What's he done to sour things?

Mark Sanchez would be good competition for Jay Cutler when they duke out who gets to be Colt's backup

And now back to our regularly scheduled freak out.
I'm guessing we'll have at least 3 pages on this by this time tomorrow.
