So it wasnt Culpeppers 5 TD passes and the Vikes offense totally dominating your deffense that hurt you? :dallas:

No doubt..we got torched..I predicted a 37-24 loss 2 weeks ago

My $$ says if you guys had played them, they still hang 30 on you...your D is very similar to ours last year..take advantage of weaker opponents, but struggle against upper echelon teams

But, you wont see a good offense for another week

Then again, the Giants rolled up 413 yards of offense last week, including 22 runs for 170 yards and 2 TD's

I dont see you guys getting the same pressure the Iggles did on the G-Men in all honesty...The Bucs and Ravens may very well be the worst 2 offenses in football

i wouldn't look past this weekend la73... the browns have some pretty good weapons (morgan, northcutt, davis, winslow) and the boys' secondary looks pretty banged up.

Sounds good to me, but I have a hard time saying that Vinny Interseptaverde is a ligit QB. Maybe a good back up but thats it!

As far as your young RB's yeah that are talented and Parcelles has a way of finding good RB's but that is as much as I can say about your ground game.

Understandable, but Gibbs made SB Champs of Doug Williams and Mark Rypien

We'll win..I have few doubts...but we'll give up some yards and points for sure..Winslow II, Morgan and davis will have their moments courtesy of our secondary and pass rush

or lack there of

Im interested to see how your D responds to the Giants passing game when Williams plays 8 in the box or blitzes if they Giants have some success on the ground

The Giants still have formidable skill position players in Toomer, Hilliard, Shockey and Barber

Ok, but now you are comparing Keyshawn, Glen, and Bryant to the likes of MONK, SANDERS, and CLARK A.K.A THE POSSE!!!

I mean look who Williams and Rypien had to throw to!!

Please do not tell me that your trio is as good as them, if you think that then I will have to stop this discussion!!

I agree that Toomer, Hilliard, Shockey and Barber(when he holds on to the ball) are good skill position players, but no matter how good they are, they can only be as good as the O-LINE will let them!

you're reading more into what I posted...we have a very good trio @ the WR position...Keyshawn and Glenn has been to pro bowls Bryant is emerging

I cant and wont compare them to the posse,,,they havent and wont be with the team for the same amount of time because of Glenns and KJ's ages and the salary cap

The posse is legend in DC..as well they should be

All Im saying is our WR's will produce they way they have previously because of quality QB play

You may belive that they will produce because of quality QB play, but IMO THEY (WR's) will make the QB just look good.

Besides what will happen when Vinny gets hit hard and breaks a hip? Is Drew ready?

Well, in Giants situation, the preseason was a precursor o things to come..they ran the ball effectively with Dayne out producing Barber and their OL struggles in pass protection, Warner threw INTs and their defense sucked

Fast forward to week 1..
the Giants ran for 170 yards on only 22 carries
their OL gave up 5 sacks
Their defense sucked

The only difference is Warner had no INT's

This game will be closer than you guys may think (just like our game vs Cleveland this week) but IMHO you will win
