That Guy 02-28-2009, 09:31 PM good signing by them, but not something we need to worry about. SFREDSKIN 02-28-2009, 09:38 PM Well its an upgrade from Brad Johnson. He'll suck just as bad, the good news is that he will be throwing picks all over the place. sportscurmudgeon 03-02-2009, 03:37 PM GMScud: You hit the nail on the head. Matt Cassell - with Vrabel as a throw-in - brings back a 2nd round pick. So how does Jon Kitna cost a starting cornerback? Yes, Kitna is an upgrade over Brad Johnson who had a good run in the NFL and has a Super Bowl ring but there is no tread left on his tires. But still, how is Kitna worth a starting CB??? Henry plays 16 games for the Lions barring injury. Kitna plays zero games for the Cowboys barring injury. Makes no sense... Pocket$ $traight 03-02-2009, 04:29 PM Yet again, Dallas nuts up. It is a sad state when the Lions have bent you over two deals in a row. Brooking takes over the over the hill middle linebacker spot that Zach Thomas filled last year. Monkeydad 03-03-2009, 04:20 PM Well its an upgrade from Brad Johnson. Kitna could end up being an upgrade from Romo. dblanch66 03-04-2009, 11:06 AM Kitna could end up being an upgrade from Romo. That's what I'm thinking. Kitna is just as good as Homo. They've both won about the same amount of games. If anyone is overrated, it's Homo. Monkeydad 03-04-2009, 02:32 PM That's what I'm thinking. Kitna is just as good as Homo. They've both won about the same amount of games. If anyone is overrated, it's Homo. Kitna has has some good years in places like Cincy and Detroit. Romo has had a ton of talent around him and has become a choking turnover machine. 30 fumbles in 3 years and the guy makes the Pro Bowl? Of course, Kitna has fumbled a lot too, but look at the O-lines he's had. |
