Schulman declined to provide specifics, but someone familiar with the contract said the contract includes $13 million guaranteed and Jacobs will be paid $15 million in the first two years of the deal. "I was confident all along that this was going to get done - I didn't panic one bit," Jacobs said in the Giants' press release.
