That was a big blow to the Richmond area. We also shut down a chip manufacturer called Quimunda and Capital One has been laying off people for awhile. Phillip Morris was going to open a plant in Yorktown but Cain the all knowing passed anti smoking laws.

I take solace in the fact that dropping me as a contractor is not nearly worth the time it would take to send me an email letting me know I'm being cut.
