does this mean we'll be seeing more of Blades? possible the coaches were confident enough to let MW go because of what they've seen in him?
Updated: Redskins Release Marcus Washingtonsevier2 02-20-2009, 07:24 PM does this mean we'll be seeing more of Blades? possible the coaches were confident enough to let MW go because of what they've seen in him? 53Fan 02-20-2009, 07:41 PM Out of curiosity, where does your undying devotion to Marcus Washington come from? Linebacker is my favorite position in football. When it is played well, it is a thing of beauty to me. When I was teenager, it's the only position I would play in our neighborhood pick-up games. No pads, lots of blood. To see someone like Marcus play the position with such passion is something I love to watch and gets me psyched beyond belief. It is something I would have loved to do, but could never be. GMScud 02-20-2009, 07:50 PM Linebacker is my favorite position in football. When it is played well, it is a thing of beauty to me. Well, at least you still have Fletcher to watch. Dude plays like his blood is on fire. We'll make a move at LB in FA and/or the draft, so hopefully you'll have someone new and exciting to cheer for as well. 53Fan 02-20-2009, 07:59 PM Well, at least you still have Fletcher to watch. Resign Marcus or have Curry fall into our laps. :) Thanks man. ArtMonkDrillz 02-20-2009, 08:05 PM Damn, looks like I have yet another jersey that I'll likely never wear again. D'oh! At least I still have my #81. Anyone want to buy a Ramsey #11/Coles #80/Bailey #24/or Washington #53 jersey? 53Fan 02-20-2009, 08:11 PM Damn, looks like I have yet another jersey that I'll likely never wear again. D'oh! Anyone want to buy a Ramsey #11/Coles #80/Bailey #24/or Washington #53 jersey? :laughing2 I've got Arrington #56/Washington#53/Taylor#21 but I think I'll hold on to them. Other than Taylor, I probably don't have a choice. I probably couldn't give them away. :) ChickenMonkey 02-20-2009, 08:21 PM I cant believe what I just saw in one of the videos posted..... OT Stephrn Heyer stoned Albert Hayensworth to let Jason Cambell step up in the pocket great block.....Maybe he is the future at RT 53Fan 02-20-2009, 08:30 PM I don't have nearly as much problem as some others do with Heyer. Just don't play him at LT. RMSkins 02-20-2009, 08:34 PM Crowell, Crowder, and possibly Boley or Hagler could be viable replacements in FA. rypper11 02-20-2009, 08:35 PM Well put.
