The end was great, no doubt. Totally agree about the final fumble. What do they have replay for?

Way too many penalties, but the INT return for a TD was pretty amazing.

Larry Fitzgerald is one bad-ass man. Felt bad for him.

I'm sorry but the Warner fumble not being questioned with less than 20 seconds was BS. On top of that Holmes TD was not a TD after watching closely you can see his other foot did not touch the ground after he caught the ball. This super bowl was boring as hell except for the last 7 minutes or so. Also James Harrison is MVP because that INT he returned for a TD was the biggest game changer EVER in SB history!

It was reviewed,at least from what I saw.Yes his arm went forward....but he did not have the ball............it had already been knocked out. Good last 10 min but great halftime!

i still can't get over the fact that they didn't review warner's fumble at the end. was anyone else surprised?

Yes totally. I felt it was a forward pass. Although a lot of people believe fumble. If the defender is trying to knock the arm backwards and the ball flies forward it's physics....the arm was going forward, but they didn't even try to look at it. They should have atleast done that to make sure it was the right call.

I was gonna call it the worst called game ever actually, just behind the Seahawks-Steelers SB. I've never seen so many calls go one way (in a team's favor). After the infamous "push-off" call i didn't thing a SB would be handled so badly but wonders never cease.

I was not enamored about the Cards/Steelers anyway so I only watched part of the game. I was only rooting for the Cards caused they have not won a SB yet.

You know you guys are right about the hats. Holly cow. I didn't stay and watch the after game stuff so had to go to NFL.com to see it. I've seen all white with the team logo. I've seen hats with team colors and team logo. Heck I even want to say maybe black with team logo, but I've never seen a SB hat that does not have any of your colors other then white in it and use the logo. It clearly looks like a Seahawks hat. NFL should step in and force them to change it. I know it's late and some people already have their hats but a nice fine or force them to pull all the hats and change them would cost them money and would be a punishment enough. You can't tell me if the Cards won their hat color was going to be the same hat but with the Cards logo. Thats BS.

Basically i see the steelers has holding two of the most "tainted" sb's in the nfl. Just terrible officiating. Oh well... let FA speculation begin.

Tainted Super Bowls? I guess I dont see how officiating could taint a win since the calls happen as the game develops. Actually if any team has tainted Super Bowls it the Skins, with winning them in strike shortened/ruined seasons but I dont hear anyone on this site complaining about that.

That's the point ....the defender hit the ball as the arm was moving back(not forward) when the arm was moving forward there was no ball in his hand. What was looked at ....was the ball kicked and where it should be placed.

I actually lost a LOT of respect for the Steelers. I always thought they were just a hard-nosed defense but MAN they are a bunch of punk asses!
