According to multiple sources we've hired Richard Mann II from the Bucs

I don't know it what capacity though. I imagine it won't be much more significant than what he did in Tampa

The long expected changes to the scouting department are starting to take place, so I've removed Russ Bollinger and Don Warren from the original post
I was a big Warren fan, played TE around that time
it was his birthday too...
