Whatever "big four" tackle drops, or a pass rusher if they're gone, is what I'd do. Unfortunately, our holes are so glaring that it rather telegraphs what we're shooting for. Other teams might leap frog us if, say, only one top OT is left a pick or two ahead.

Thanks! Yeah, Maualuga would be an OLB for us his first year, but I put MLB up because that's his natural position, and he will eventually replace Fletcher at MLB.

Check out what Maybin has been up to. Dude has gained 25 pounds in like 7 weeks AND suddenly runs a 40 faster than he did at the combine. This reeks of HGH if you ask me. Look at those pics. That simply doesn't happen naturally in less than two months.

Maybin significantly improves 40 time at PSU Pro Day - Bob Flounders: On Penn State football - PennLive.com (http://blog.pennlive.com/bobflounders/2009/03/maybin_significantly_lowers_40.html)

Bingo. HGH. The guy is a juicer.

Umm so your saying you've already given up on blades as our future MLB??

I like Blades, he's a valuable LB who can play all three positions, but i'm just not sold on him being a starter.

Don't know how true this is, but I've heard that at Penn State the field is slightly sloped so that when their players have their pro days there the 40 times are always faster than anywhere else.

Yeah, I've heard that, too.

IMO it still seems odd that someone could put on a ton of weight in a matter of weeks and not get so much slower that a sloped field would not matter.

Maybin was just in a fight a PSU and had to be restrained by two people.
