I saw the title and thought for sure I was opening a thread where the topic was going to be the firing of Wade Phillips.

Am I the only person that thinks these guys are being pressured to retire?

I think it's more likely that they were pressured (or encouraged) not to retire after last season and agreed to stay one more season
