As long as the helmets get shined, the jerseys get cleaned, and numbers like 7, 44, 21, 81, 33, etc stay out of circulation then we'll be fine. Still it is kind of a shame that one of our last blasts from the past is leaving us for a life of luxury and relaxation.

A little ironic the one guy who probably should be "moving on," Stan Hixon, evidently isn't going anywhere but we're seeing changeover at other positions in the staff.

Last year with all the hammy issues people where calling for the skins to get rid of him.

I was one of those referring to the crappy job the training staff was doing last year.
Overall, Bubba has done great...but last year was crap.
He's done a ton of good for the Skins.
I hope we can find another trainer as good as Bubba in his prime.

Talking about Riley, we should definitely hire him. He was our man along with Bubba during our SB years and he's got quite the resume and the Texans didn't renew his contract.

Bastin, Riley contracts not renewed - Houston Texans (http://www.houstontexans.com/news/Story.asp?STORY_ID=5086)

Which is why I don't have a problem with him going. I think the NFL has passed him by. Time for new blood which understands the new way of thinking and could possibly bring new ways to keep players from injuring themselves. I do respect his ability to be able to keep players even though injured on the field but perhaps some one who has been through school more recently will have a better knowledge of how to keep players fit, heathy, stretched, and able to avoid the common injuries we kept seeing year in and year out such as the hammies, groin pulls, and knee injuries suffured outside of physical contact.
