I don't know though. Given our recent injury woes along the O-line, I would really worry about signing a guy coming off a torn ACL. If we're going to "settle" for an injury prone guy I'd have much rather restructured Marcus. over the mountain 02-20-2009, 02:59 PM wheres lemar marshall when you need him. kinda wish we had keep him around to be a spot starter for rock, MW and fletcher . . our LB corps is very thin as i dont consider blades ready to step in if one of our starters goes down for more than a game or two. so is it safe to assume that now we have a starting hole to fill in the OLB position? or do you think we dont bring anyone of real impact in and let blades gets the chance to compete for the job against whatever bodies we bring into camp? man MW leaving really sucks. i understand the biz but it really sucks. go skins!! Seriously?? Lemar last played for the Bengals in '07 when their entire LB corps was either suspended or injured. He didn't make an NFL roster last season. Sad to see Marcus go. His heart will be missed, but I'm sure he understands the business behind this. | |
