Edge just isn't the same runner he used to be. Look at his yards per carry since he left Indy.

True Superman13732 04-28-2009, 11:06 PM True I was a big Edge fan when he was in Indy. Why on earth he wanted to leave the situation he had going on there i don't know. It's really sad to see what happened to him. Lotus 04-28-2009, 11:16 PM I was a big Edge fan when he was in Indy. Why on earth he wanted to leave the situation he had going on there i don't know. Lotus 04-28-2009, 11:43 PM The colts were giving him the franchise tag year after year. Yes, and the franchise tag is incompatible with long-term financial security, or at least it is often perceived as such. JLee9718 05-04-2009, 09:14 PM I hope the 'Skins know what they're doing with the O-line. So far I'm a little nervous, so I can imagine how Zorn must feel! I guess he's only worried about wide receivers. (Raising the # of Roy Williams threads to three) LOL. franklinhimself 05-06-2009, 06:21 PM DRE BLY Anyone? Should any injuries happen soon, or the coaching staff realizes the younger guys (Tryon and the newly drafted Barnes) are not ready, what do you think about Dre Bly? He'd be the senior DB, age 31, next oldest is Smoot at 29. But he's had awesome years, still has a couple in him I bet, and didn't he want to come here really bad back when the Lions were trying to deal him out? skinsfan_nn 06-15-2009, 08:14 PM I guess this is a good place to drop this news flash........poor Denver Broncos Sign Brandon Lloyd Posted by Aaron Wilson on June 15, 2009, 7:02 p.m. At a time when star wide receiver Brandon Marshall has requested a trade, the Denver Broncos have signed journeyman wideout Brandon Lloyd, according to Mike Chambers of the Denver Post. The signing reunites Lloyd with Broncos quarterback Kyle Orton, whom he played with last season in Chicago. Lloyd, 27, caught 26 passes for 364 yards and two touchdowns last season. He started five games last season for the Bears. Lloyd has previous stints with the Washington Redskins and the San Francisco 49ers, catching 156 career passes for 15 touchdowns. |
