He game plans a game better than anyone. Norv was credited for developing Troy Aikman. Not a single pass to a receiver and they went 60 yards and had second and goal from the 1 yard line before settling for a field goal. Why can't the Skins do that? As long as you have a strong veteran team and a good defensive coordinator Norv isn't a bad HC.
