Since the season is basically over and there is no hope in making the playoffs, why not let Colt Start against the 49ers and see what he can do? It's a great opportunity to see if he can run our offense since Campbell hasn't really done too much.

ad nauseum....
but seriously, he is the 3rd Stinger.... why would he jump over Collins. Not going to happen

We know what Collins is, we don't know what Colt is. No reason to not try playing the young guys, see what they have in a game with live bullets. If we were in the playoff hunt and Campbell went down, definitely go Collins.
Regardless, I think Campbell should stay in. He needs the practice, timing with his receivers, etc.

Prior to last weeks loss, we were technically still in contention. That has changed. The loss changed the rules. It would be nice to see what Colt can do. It has already been mentioned, but Collins is a known quantity.

If Colt starts the games listed as the #3 QB by rule he cant come in or start unless both guys above him get hurt.

I don't think we know what he's truly capable of yet, and though one game probably won't show us a whole lot, there's no reason not to leave him in and see if he can start to build some kind trust with his younger receivers.

We haven't seen what Campbell can do because our offensive line breaks the designed play with terrible protection. We would be able to judge Campbell better if he had protection time to make mistakes. We can't even gauge Campbell's performances becasue of the inability to pass protect.
That same offensive line would be "protecting" Colt. How can we gauge Colt's performance if the play is continually busted.
Once we build a fundamentally sound line we can start seeing what inefficiencies our quarterbacks have.
