Yeah....I don't see us beating the Eagles in two weeks. Since McNabb was benched it lit a fire under his ass & is playing quite well. Not to mention Westbrook who notoriously racks up yards on us is healthy. San Fran won't go down w/out a fight last game of the season at THEIR house.

I just don't understand how anyone can talk playoffs when we can't win a game. We're simply not a playoff team.

Thank you!!

It's hard to talk about playoffs, when your favorite team struggles to score 10 points. The Washington Redskins offense does not look like a professional team. They look more like a high school team. The offense is horrible. It looks like the worse offense in the league. Without Portis, this offense is totally ineffective. It starts up front and extends to every member of the offense. It's just not happening. Changing quarterbacks will not help. It would just be a different person getting slammed to the ground. It was very embarrasing watching a team that can't lineup correctly or take a shotgun snap or having your quarterback consistently put in long third down situations and getting slammed everytime because pass rushers are unblocked. This happened against the Steelers, Giants, Cowboys and now the Ravens.

PLAYOFFS...WE CAN'T TALK ABOUT ANY STINKING PLAYOFFS!

Okay, so we're much better off in terms of playoff picture than we were at the beginning of the day. Go us! This of course assumes that we'll be able to field 11 guys on offense next week, which appears to be up in the air. If we have to play with 9, we'll only be a small favorite to beat the Bengals.

All playoff situations are based on the assumption that the Redskins will win their final three games. Probably a stretch to think we'll beat Philly at this point, but if we beat the Bengals by three, 90% of the people on this site will pick us to win. That's the way Skins fans are.

#1, everyone root for Tampa tomorrow night. It will give us the best chance to make the playoffs.

Teams that we need losses from to make the playoffs include 2 of the three: Carolina, Atlanta, and Dallas

We catch the Cowboys if they lose to either the Giants or the Eagles.

We catch the Falcons if they lose another game (Tampa, Minnesota, St. Louis)

We catch the Panthers if they lose to Tampa tomorrow night, and then lose two out of their final three games.

And we just need two out of the three to happen in order to pull off a wild card birth.

Basically, win out and were in.

thank you gtripp, i really need this. it has raised my spirits alil.

go skins!!!

This team hasn't shown up to home games that could have made a difference, and I doubt they'll show up to any of the remaining games. I think making the playoffs right now would be important to get JC playoff experience, but I think the team is too beat up, too underachieving and too late to make the playoffs.

Yeah but you're forgetting one thing in your thread. You're leaving out that fact that we have to win. And right now how in the world do you see us beating Philly or SF? Cinn is not going to be a walk in the park. Just looking how we're playing. I just don't see how you think we can make the playoffs. Especially w/out Samuels. The proof is on the field, not what Dalls, Atl or Philly does.

And, you know, maybe it will be a windy, snowy, passing averse day when we play the Eagles.

I don't think you can just mark it down as a loss right now. Being the underdog doesn't mean you shouldn't show up.

And if we do beat the Eagles, then we're probably going to the playoffs.

Well all I know is Dallas, Atl and Philly are ahead of us. Can we get in? Yes. Is it likely? No.

Next week will be fun if for no other reason than it looks like Palmer may be starting for the Bengals...Jordan Palmer.
