I hate Dallas but think they will make it.

Unfortunately, I think we will lose to the Ravens. I hope I'm wrong but we are really fading as a team.

42 points in the last 4 games is just not good enough.

Eventhough the Dallas Cowboys are 8-4 I honestly dont see them making the play-offs. It might come down to a tie breaker between the Redskins and Dallas though. This is why. I dont think they will be able to handle the last stretch of games because all of the Defense coming at them are tops in the league.

There remaining games are against Pitt, NYG, Bal, Phil.

At best they will be 10-6. But I think all of these teams can beat Dallas. I definitely see 2-3 loses here. Hopefully they atleast lose to NYG and Phil that would help us the most.

The thing is. If there is a tie breaker with Dallas we would have to win in. The only games that bother me are Baltimore and Philly. If we lose to Baltimore..it doesn't hurt us as bad because its a non conference game. But we can't lose to Philly and we "should" be able to beat Cincy and SF. No game is a definitely though. But if we can get a win against Baltimore. it could possibly set us on a winning streak like we have had 2 out of the last 3 years...Thanks to the October where basically no one played for them, we still really have no idea how good they really are.

I think they will beat the Steelers this week, but lose to the Giants and Ravens at home, setting up a situation where they have to win at Philadelphia in order to make the playoffs.

Why should we win against Cincy and Sf? We can't score points. The way we've been playing I'm not sure we can beat Cinci on the road. Baltimore is considered a favorite and is going to be a real tough one. We haven't played well at all against top D's.

I think it's funny that there's alot of should wins out there. The only "should win" out there is Detroit. We beat Det by 8 pts when everyone else was blowing them out of the water. That should tell you something.Well, Cinci and SF also can't score points, so something has to give.

And about Detroit, I know we "only" won by eight points, but we had a two TD lead on them in the second half, and their offense (when it was at it's best this season, under Orlovsky) managed to cut the lead to a single score with the help of an illegal pick no call.

So yeah, while going into the half trailing by 4 against Detroit is embarrassing, we played every bit as well in the second half of that game on both sides of the ball as you would have expected us to, and I would say we blew them out in those 30 minutes. Perhaps our only blowout was the season Detroit was, but I don't want to take away what they accomplished there.

So you think Baltimore is a better team than the Giants? I dont think they are even close honestly. I dont think its a slim chance at all. Look at the remaing schedules of other teams in the play-offs. We jsut need to winout. Which I dont think it impossible. i fear Philly more than I do Baltimore. I think Baltimore is a little over-hyped right now.

Oh and to your point if we are in Dallas is obviously not..is not necessarily true. We had three teams from the NFC in the play-offs last year.

Nowhere did I say that the Ravens are a better team than the Giants; the Giants are a much better team.

I do understand the formula in determining who goes to the playoffs. I'm saying that if we are going, I certainly don't see Dallas going. "If" we go, it is more than likely in the 6th seed; Falcons are taking the 5th seed. We out Dallas by tie-breaker.

A lot about the Cowboys will be revealed this Sunday playing at Pittsburgh in what is forecasted to be miserable weather (wintery mix is what they are saying).

If Dallas squeaks out a win at Heinz Field, I might be more able to believe they will make the post season. But if not, I seriously doubt they play in January.

In the NFC I can honestly envision some 10-6 teams not making the playoffs, so 11 wins is the magic number.

We lost to STL at home. I still can't get over that. If Dallas plays to their potential they can make the playoffs. When you can score points like they can then they've got a shot.

So if you have the Falcons taking the 5th seed, what happens to Tampa and Carolina?? I figured Atl, Dallas, and us are in the battle for the 6th spot.

Tampa Bay or Carolina are mostly likely going to have the 5th seed. Right now I would say that Atlanta has the better odds of finishing 2-2 in the next four games (giving them a 10-6) than the Cowboys, who have a pretty tough schedule. The Skins would have to go 3-1 in their last four game to get to 10-6 and would need for Dallas and Atlanta to lose, I just don't see that given our offense.

we cant score points no touchdowns no field goals no long plays no long drives LOTS of 3 and outs?Iam not saying its all on cambell but if he didnt get hurt last year we would have gone 7_9 instead of 9_7 we cant win with him. but we sure as hell can win without his sorry ass the problem is he may hold the starting job next year as well!!

Why not? Dallas will make the playoffs. The only thing that will derail them is another Romo Boo-Boo.
