1st Rounder:::DT- Everyone talks about the lack of a pass rush. Well we need a big body in the middle to collapse the pocket. The only way this team gets a sack is when we bring extra help because when the DE's come around the outside the opposing quarterbacks step up into the pocket and completes the pass.
3rd Rounder:::OT- We need to stop other teams interior lineman from collapsing the line.

The best player available is what we need to adress. We need depth at every position, and if a rookie steps up and takes the starters position so be it.Trade the first round for a couple of mid-round picks. We need young talent at almost every position.Id even go as far as trading Campbell for a quality player and giving Colt a shot, dont let this kid get away.He is a future pro-bowler.I know thats a strong statement but ive watched him for years and reminds me of a future hall of famer.Nowadays there is quality talent in the middle round and you dont need a bunch of superstars you need quality "blue colllar"guys.
we need some serious Line help on both sides of the ball but O line should be first priority in my opinion

i would love to see us draft a receiver early, but we did that last year and campbell is struggling with performing with all these sacks. NOt to mention Jansen is getting old, so why not an offensive lineman?

Offensive tackle. Jansen is seriously past his prime as a tackle (he should look at guard and center) and if Heyer can't supplant him then we need an upgrade.
D line is almost as important.

For those that think Jansen can play G or C...dont you think he'll have the same problem Wade did? Too tall and Lanky to get low enough and use leverage as is required to play either inside position?

I'm going with DE or LB first, the need is obvious. I think that Gessinger and Devin Clark (practice squad) are intriguing prospects that could make it as starters, also Rhinehart can play T and we have Heyer. I'm not saying that we don't need OL but Defense wins SB.

Let me know what you guys think
1st round DE Selvie...we desperately need a pass rush
3rd round OLB Rico McCoy...replacement for Washington in 2010
5th round DT Boo Robinson..best avaliable (stops the run & pushes the pocket) (325)lbs
6th round OT Fenuki Tupou OT 6'6 330 (great pass blocker..shut Selvie down in bowl gm

I have to completely agree with everyone who thinks Jansen is done...he would not be starting on half the teams in the league and even Chris Samuels seems to get overpowered sometimes for someone who is supposedly one of the best in the league...basically, the best offensive guard available or a linebacker...fletcher, washington etc. are getting old and McIntosh/Blades are average at best, need a young, solid AJ Hawk type linebacker who can match up with Kevin Boss and Jason Witten/Bennet in the division

wow you're an idiot...trade campbell after giving him one year in the system when he has done better than Favre, Montana, and Young did in their first years in the west coast offense? give me a break...
also, i don't know if you noticed but colt has the ugliest release i have ever seen on a redskins quarterback and he is far from being ready to be even a dependable backup for the team. You want a perennial pro bowler, stick with Campbell, the guy's smart, has a cannon for an arm, and wants to learn..this year's performance is phenomenal if you consider what he has had to go through his entire football career.
