I think that 3rd down pass to Thomas was as much, if not more so, on Jason Campbell. It was not a good throw given the circumstances, I agree. But, on review, I thought it was pretty catchable. It wasn't on the turf or anything, it was just below DT's waist.

Definitely a ball that a good WR comes up with the majority of the time.

Good post but I still think Zorn has in several games giving up on the run way too soon in a game.

Also, the fact that Dallas STILL doesn't have an outside pass rusher besides Ware after spending all that money on Ellis and drafting Spencer in the first round is really funny, I think. In two meetings this year, Jansen has handled both of them pretty easily, which is saying something.

But, I always sit on it for a day or two after I finish watching the tape, and I go back and basically just try to ballot for game MVP. You'd be surprised how remarkably consistent NFL performances are from week to week, but sometimes just one or two guys really struggle and it changes the whole outcome of the game.

Bottom line is the defense, even though they were a little shaky, only gave up 14 points to a top NFL offnese. They may not sack the QB but they've kept us in every single game this year. This one is on the offense. After 10 games I think we all can pretty much tell what type of team we're going to be. Playoff defense, below average offense.
