We're battling for the final wild card spot, and we always have a late season push, which is great. We make the playoffs and may win one post season game. But is this team really improving? I thought we were at the start of the season, but I don't think so any more.

What's up with Landry's play? He's always a few steps late now with poor angles.
Yeah he just seems really out of sorts.

Campbell and our recievers were playing great earlier, but in both of the last two games, they haven't produced in the way we need them to against either Detroit or Dallas.
And the pass protection is totally abysmal. It's getting to the point where if you load up the box and take away the run against the Redskins, there's simply no time to get Moss behind the defense.
Look, either Zorn's serious about fixing this protection and we can get to 11 or 12 wins, or he's not serious about it, we limp to 10 wins and we're at the mercy of the tiebreaker system. This team does A LOT of things very well, but a few things it absolutely can't do are killing the offense.
Don't forget that Randle El's injury came at the worst possible time. Devin Thomas isn't an NFL receiver, James Thrash is very close to not being an NFL receiver, and there's just nothing behind them. We're a very talented team with major flaws. The flaws can absolutely be corrected, but I no longer think the offensive issues will correct themselves. We need to remove the players who just can't play at this level (Casey Rabach, Randy Thomas, Devin Thomas) from the offensive gameplan. Only then can the Redskins allow Portis, Campbell, Moss, and Cooley to flourish.
I think Thomas would be a stretch. God knows Jansen and Rabach need to go. Kendall.. I think he's flying under the radar, I don't know how he's been doing honestly. Hes part of that strong side over with Samuels. So I wouldn't mind keeping him.

I think everyone needs to chill out. The bottom line is the guys are playing hard, we just don't have the horses on offense. Yes we don't sack the qb but this one is on the offense. The guys we drafted have given us not a damn thing. So far all three of them are busts IMO. I don't see anything changing. We're 10 games in and I think everyone can see what type of team we are. Average.
Oh God, here we go...
Critique the performance of your team after a loss, and you're a raving lunatic.
Please. People are just calling like it is -- and apparently the way you are towards the end of your post.

Bad OL, officiating, offense, etc. A game of missed opportunities....as usual.
This stuff kills me, if we were clearly the inferior team then I wouldn't mind. I will give Dallas props for running all over us in the end...

Also Moss should have had that deep pass

Look at the offensive and defensive lines of the Titans, Giants and Patriots. Chris Samuels might be the only player on our team that plays offensive or defensive line that would actually be a starter on any of those three units. Randy Thomas has really really dropped off. Rabach and Jansen are just bad. Griffin and Kendall are old. Andre Carter is mediocre, Golston and Motgomery are just ok and Jason Taylor is hurt and or washed up. It's a pretty sad state of affairs.
That post is spot on. Couldn't have said it better.

All of a sudden having the most experience OL in the NFL is looking a lot more like a weakness than a strength
all of a sudden?

you guys got jobbed by the officials on the last meaningful play of the game. 4th and 2, Crayton comes in motion and is clearly moving forward towards the line of scrimmage at the snap of the ball. Should have been flagged for illegal motion but inexplicably wasn't. It was really obvious watching on TV that should have been a penalty, which would have likely forced a field goal attempt on a 4th and 7. I am not even a Redskins fan(I live in buffalo and am a Bills fan), but that was a horrendous no call by the official...
