Games are won and lost on the line of scrimmage. We're simply not very good in that respect on either side of the ball. 3 points after the opening drive. 3 of our 4 losses come at home. That's baaaaaad.

SFREDSKIN 11-16-2008, 11:06 PM Right now I'm a little concerned about the idea that the Giants might bend us over and not use any KY next week. Seattle is next week. JWsleep 11-16-2008, 11:07 PM tomorrow, when people start calling everyone in here fairweather fans, and starts trying to tell us that we're still 6-4 and all of this "come on guys, did you really think we would be 6-4 at this point" shit, I'm going to be really interested in hearing how you think we're a much better team. Christ, you could argue our offense was better under Saunders. How are we going to move the ball on the Giants or Ravens? We have a qb scared to throw it deep and no fucking pass rush. Jason has stood in and taken A LOT of pounding. I don't think this is on JC. I put it squarely on the o-line. Our O is better than it was under Saunders. If the offense doesn't pick it up, this team isn't going anywhere. LongTimeSkinsFan 11-16-2008, 11:07 PM I prefer to lurk but I had to throw my 2c in tonight. Everyone always complained about Gibbs 2.0 lack of offense, lack of points, etc. I'm not seeing much difference between this team and the Gibbs team of last year. The only difference is a new head coach scratching his head and wondering why we can't run block half the time and why we can never protect Campbell. Plain and simple, the offensive line is OLD and DECREPIT and needs to be reconstructed with younger fresher legs and bodies. Oh and Casey Rabach needs to be traded for draft picks. As a free agent signing this guy has been an extreme disappointment in my book. wordsmithgk 11-16-2008, 11:07 PM the team plays hard you cannot fault effort DynamiteRave 11-16-2008, 11:07 PM Seattle is next week. Whoops. I mean 2 weeks. Seattle, we should be able to handle. Gtothearry 11-16-2008, 11:08 PM Sweep to the left. Could anyone else not see that coming. WaldSkins 11-16-2008, 11:08 PM Right now I'm a little concerned about the idea that the Giants might bend us over and not use any KY next week. We play Seattle next week DynamiteRave 11-16-2008, 11:08 PM Zorn looks like he's going to rip someone a new asshole. I hope some of it is his own, because that playcalling in the 3rd quarter was downright dreadful. |
