F you
Ouch. That's a bit harsh. Trust me, ESPN.com gets plenty of hits from my home computer. It's still my preferred sports site, plus I run one of my fantasy leagues through there as well.

Why is'nt Marcus Mason on this list? Does'nt Clayton know the fierceness of this guy? I think he's in cahoots with Zorn and Vinny. Damn that makes me mad! Mason's been blackballed by the whole league!!!

Jon Runyan should be higher...I remember last year against the 'Skins in their first meeting when Brian Westbrook broke that 27 yarder in the second quarter and he laid a forearm shiver on I think it was Montgomery that must have knocked three of his teeth out, much as I hate the Eagles I gotta admit that is one nasty bastard.

I agree that #21 deserves a spot on the list...I'll bet he's busting heads on the football field in the sky as I write!
I consider Portis to be not only the best, but also the fiercest, pass blocking back in the entire league. That having been said, everyone on Clayton's list is bigger than Portis (except the questionable Ward) and thus is theoretically able to deliver a bigger over all blow. Now if the question were pound-for-pound, things would be different.

ESPN - Clayton: 10 who excel at scare tactics (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/columns/story?columnist=clayton_john&page=hotread7/clayton)
I think the list is ok but Clinton Portis deserved to be on there purely because he is the best at pass blocking at his position.
Also, I would have expected at least a shout out to #21...if you read the fan comments at the bottom there are so many ppl giving props to Sean Taylor. Post some love too...RIP ST!
I disagree. If you're going to put a blocking back on there then I would put on Sellers before Portis. Remember the list is about the most intimidating players. Portis is one of the toughest players in the league but he does not put that kind of fear into opposing defenses.
Landry will be on that list one day.

Yeah....I was disappointed there was not even a mention of Sean in that discussion. The whole time I was watching I was like .."OK, are you guys going to pay some respect to a guy that was extremely feared in the league or what!?"
