I see an inspired team rising to the competition just like it falls to it. But I really think Chris Samuels is the key, I think Heyer will play better if he plays but against much stiffer competition. So if #60 is in there we win. I think again the WCO will work well against such an aggresive D for Yac and stuff like draws and delays should work well. Anyway SKINS WIN 16-13

Might I add to all of these predictions that the Steelers are 9 and 1 coming off a loss. We aren't sacking, we won't get to Ben. Portis held to <75 yards.
I don't like this game. Matter of fact, I have 4 tickets available if anybody is interested, I need to see the replays of this game from my home. :)
Wow! you've already got us losing huh? :postcop:
Funny because the Steelers are allowing the 2nd most sacks in the league. Their O-Line looks like shit and even though this is where we'll miss Jason Taylor. I still see our boys getting to Ben and disrupting him enough for us to take advantage.
If I still lived in the D.C. area I'd be happy to take those tickets off your hand WITH a smirk on my face to a BIG Monday night win for the Skins!
Whoever gets your tickets 24

I think a healthy Samuels is a must to be competitive in this one. Assuming he plays:
Redskins 16
Steelers 12
I'm a little concerned about the Skins being out of gas at this point. Hopefully they can get that fire burning one more time before the bye because this is the kind of game where you'll get spanked if you don't bring your A game. Both teams are very similar in that they both play hard nosed D and they want to run the ball. It's going to be a slugfest, I'm thinking something along the lines of...
Redskins 17
Steelers 14

The Skins are tired and Pgh is coming off a loss. This will be a hard hitting low scoring game and I think Pgh's ability to stop the run will be the difference.

The Skins are tired, and injured, but if there is any team in the league that is more of those things than the Skins, it's either the Cowboys or the Steelers. So I think the playing field is even from that perspective.

It's a good point that the Steelers are pretty beat up themselves and nowhere near full strength.

Well Samuels is expected to play against the Steelers. Does not look good for his future for the rest of the season though :(
