If you are a high enough caliber of a surgeon to recontsruct the knee of the best QB in world, one would think you could figure out a way to fend off infection. I wish Brady the best. He's gotta be joking, although I rarely pay close attention to what he has to say. If not, that would truly be horrible for Tom Brady and the game of football in general. Now all the media outlets are taking it a running with it. He just had the surgery and having an infection when your knee is sliced open is a common thing. Look at what happened to Rocky and Carlos? Same type of injury and both play a much more physically demanding position than Brady does. Both are playing and playing at a high level when many thought that neither would be ready for 08. And both were injured at a later point last year than Brady was this year. Come Sept. 09 Brady will be under center.
