SmootSmack 10-20-2008, 06:06 PM I don't want to get ahead of myself, but CP through seven games has more yards rushing for the season than the following players did at the same point: 1984 Eric Dickerson (finished with over 2,000 yards rushing) 1997 Terrell Davis (finished with over 2,000 yards rushing) BigSKINBauer 10-20-2008, 09:11 PM at this point he is easily the MVP. He is averaging 115 a game and no one else is getting over 100. He is good for 1 TD a game and that is exactly what he is averaging. He is getting the ball more than any other player in the league but he is still getting 5 yards a carry which is second in the league by any of the legit running backs. Rivers could put up a case but his team is 3-4 and he is the leader. CP is a leader of the team and we are 5-2.
