i don't know how he's gonna suit up in B mo now that he's stated he isn't happy being a raven
TO to Bmore!itvnetop 03-06-2004, 02:25 AM i don't know how he's gonna suit up in B mo now that he's stated he isn't happy being a raven skinsfanthru&thru 03-06-2004, 02:42 AM once TO and his agent file his grievance against the league and sues the nfl players association like he says he's going to, does anyone else get the feeling he'll wind up in Phili which would suck big time. I personally think he brought this upon himself for bad mouthing and whining about the 49ers as a franchise and his team members. I think this is positive proof that there is such a thing as karma and getting what you deserve. SittingBull 03-06-2004, 04:55 AM I watched an interview with him on ESPN and he didnt seem mad about being a raven at all. All his anger was focused on the 49ers GM who he said backstabbed him and put him on an AFC team because he knows what kind of player he is. itvnetop 03-06-2004, 05:21 AM yeah, he did seem more upset with the niners, but he was still mad about what happened... at the same time, he did say, "I'm not going to act like i'm happy in Baltimore" and "I talked to ozzie newsome and told him I wasn't happy with the situation." regardless, I don't want him in the East Daseal 03-06-2004, 07:14 AM I see him in ATL. TO is a great receiver, don't take that away from him. At least he's original with his antics. The pompoms, the sharpie, etc! skinsfanthru&thru 03-06-2004, 11:41 PM its being reported that his agent and the players assoc. is going to try to have his contract voided, declaring him a free agent. Baltimore might also cancel the deal because TO has said he won't show up for a physical. Anyone else think seeing a grown man act like a toddler who didn;t get the cookie it wanted, as somewhat pathetic? I heard him saying in an interview that sure this was about money but it's also about me being happy and I ain't happy. He makes it sound like he's being traded to some canadian football team or something. Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't Baltimore be an even bigger superbowl contender with TO there? MTK 03-06-2004, 11:53 PM This mess is far from over, I could see him still ending up in Philly cpayne5 03-06-2004, 11:54 PM I see him in ATL. TO is a great receiver, don't take that away from him. At least he's original with his antics. The pompoms, the sharpie, etc! There's no place for that crap in professional football. Daseal 03-07-2004, 12:48 AM Sure there is, Cpayne. TO has the right to complain, the NFL moved the day up and I'm sure he had already basicly picked out the team he wanted. He then got sent to BMore when he should be a free agent. SittingBull 03-07-2004, 04:57 AM If hes so mad he should fire his agent who I think is responsible for this whole ordeal. We better pray that SF does everything in their power to keep the trade viable or else he's going to Philly. |
