heard this on sportscenter, I am glad it's finally over and I feel terrible for the guy. Raiders and Davis are a mess.

I've always liked the Raiders for some reason. Sure their fans may be nutty as hell.. But there's just something about them. I hope they can get their act together.

What a joke. Living in Caifornia has made me hate Raiders fan so this kind of makes me laugh. But in all seriousness the sorry ass Raiders are right next to the Lions right now as a franchise.

i thought coaches got guaranteed contracts? That article says he was fired by phone and without pay?

Al Davis didn't have the balls to fire him in person and doesn't intend to pay him the rest of his contract.
