I gave him a 3.
I started him at a 2 because he was a rookie head coach.

I still say a 4 is a coach who can get you to the playoffs.
Yes, the skins beat the cowboys, but they got crushed by the Giants sticking with their running game.
The skins beat 2 teams they should have won....I can see giving him a 4 because of beating Dallas, but, it is still possible they get spanked by another quality team.
It just hasn't been long enough to earn a 4.
I see a 3 as an average NFL coach, a 4 as a Playoff coach and a 5 as a Hall of famer.

I gave him a 5 because under the current circumstances I have complete confidence in the man. The real question is who gave him a 1?

I give him a 4 his play calling as improved every game he'll get a 4.5 when he can incorporate DT, MK and FD into the offense

I thought this was a good read on Zorn's playcalling. Gotta love how flexible and unpredictable he is.

Anyone else see the "hip, hip, hooray" cheer that Zorn led at the end of the Dallas game on NFL replay last night?! I loved it! He's such a quirky guy but you get the feeling that the players really like playing for him.

That was a very interesting article. When I saw that play, my first though was "that motion is all Gibbs." Interesting to read how the players felt about all that motion, and how Zorn is utilizing it. I like his idea of using it in spots.
