Sorry if I have been living in a cave for a while, but I haven't heard anything about his condition. The last thing I heard was that he was in a coma, and that was about a year ago. Any info about him would be greatly appreciated.

I also think that S. Springs is going to have a big game against his old mans' former team. Look for Shawn to be a play maker in this game. I would love to see him lay some good wood on any of the Boys wideouts, especially T.O..

Our team needs this win to stay in the hunt in the NFC East.

Springs slipped into a coma after going into cardiac arrest while having an operation performed on an elbow cyst the previous weekend. He currently remains in this state,

if he's been in a coma that long and it is not medically induced,he'll never get better.

From what I understand, the biggest issue right now is that Shawn Springs would like to just let his father go now but Ron Springs wife doesn't want to do that. And I think it's her call apparently. Or something like that.

That sucks. What a tough situation.

Yeah, I can't imagine (and I hope to never have to) what Springs is going through right now (the closest I've come is my grandmother spending the last month of her life in a coma). Tough offseason for Springs-father's coma, stepmother's cancer, divorce, custody battle.

Shows the importance of having a living will.

Just right down what you want to have happen, and this situation doesn't arise in the worst of all possible times.
