the 2 that stick out for me are of course the 14 point comeback in 2005 on the brunnel to santanna bombs, and the strike game in dallas in 1987 when the skins strike team beath the cowboys strike team which featured dorsett, danny white, randy white, and a few others crossing the picket line to play. that was the last ever game i saw with my father because he died in surgery 4 days later.those are the 2 i'll never forget.when we buried him,he had a redskin pen we put in his coat pocket because he loved his family, god, cubs, and the redskins in about that order.

I was live in 2005 when the Redskins beat Dallas in DC. I had the best seats of my life, and the atmosphere was absolutely AMAZING. I could literally feel the energy in that place, especially as we put up points after points on them.
I honestly can't think of any better rivalry in the NFL, or sports in general. When both the Redskins and Cowboys are good teams, this rivalry gets amazing. As much as I hate to say it, both teams need to be good for this rivalry to continue everything.

One of my greatest memories of the rival wasnt of a game played between them. It had to be the early 80's and it was the last game on the season and the Skins had already played (either on Saturday or the 1 o'clock game) and won but needed the Cowboys to win to make it to the playoffs. During the Dallas game CBS had a camara in the Skins' locker room to show the players reaction....many players were actually pulling for the Cowboys...but one player sat by himself with a disgruntled look on his face.....Dave Butz. When asked if he was rooting for the Cowboys to win.....He replied, "Im a Redskin, I'll never pull for the Cowboys....I hope they tie!"
Hail to the REDSKINS!

outside of the NFC championship game in i think 82....you know the one with Darrell Grant scoring the td with his picture on the cover of SI...the one that sent us to our first superbowl win....my greatest game moment against the hated cowboys was in i think 2005 the one that i think we won 35-7....remember the camera showing the cowboy fan sleeping. thats a close second...although the MNF Moss/Brunnell miracle is up there too. there have been some great games played between these teams.

2005 was the most memorable for me.
That was such a great finish.
