He shouldn't have been hired in the first place. I guess Ford JR's comments got through to his dad. They do deserve better and I hope they go out and get a real GM. In the end Det. just doesn't have players. Especially on defense.

Now the Raiders can hire their next coach after Kiffin is fired. I can hear Al Davis say: This is our new coach Matt Millen, a lifelong Raider.

No surprises with this move, I thought it would have taken place earlier.

As a former Redskin, I wish Mr. Millen good fortune in his future endeavors.
