I'm really not so sure that was a smart move. Starting Frerotte sooner and working in jackson as he progressed would have been smarter. Jackson has an upside, and Frerotte is on the decline and was never all that to start with.

Jackson isn't progressing much as a passer. I think the Vikes definitely have playoff potential if they can get some decent play at QB, and right now Jackson just can't get it done.

No question. I can't believe the guy is still in the league, much less that's he's going to be given a chance to start. At this point, I might actually be rooting for him (so long as his interests, of course, don't conflict with mine).

Gus Rocks!!!!! Until JC gets his consistency down I still say Gus is the best QB we have had in the post Rypien era headbutting the wall or no headbutting the wall!!!!
