Eagles & Cowboys how good are they?

They are both real good. McNabb looks healthy again. He's the best-worst QB ever. He just buys time w/ his athleticism until someone gets wide open and then chucks it. It annoys the hell out of me (not last night, but against the skins). That's why when he gets hurt he looks average at best b/c he can't hit in the pocket passes consistently. Hey, he does a great job at what he does best though. Two of his top WR's are out too.

I can only hope our D can look a little better than the two last night against the rest of the division.

We need to pressure McNugget big time! I like our chances against the Eagles more then the Cowboys.

I actually thought he was poking fun at the Cowboys too at times, whenever he praised them he would always note that they haven't won a playoff game in forever. I think he was trying to make the point that they are all hype.

How long can it be before THE Dan looks to build the sequel to Cowboy world (currently construction in D)?
Is he not looking to move back to DC?

I was thinking the same thing.

All I know is that Smoot, Springs, Rogers, Landry, and Horton will have to be at the top of their game for this team to be competitve in the upcoming NFC East games. The Cardinals will be a good test to get them prepared.

Andre Carter and Jason Taylor need to turn into a two-man wrecking crew on the ends as well.

FedEx is not that old. It would have to be when the life expentantcy of FedEx is at or nears it's end before even considering building a new stadium.

but snyder loves spending money though.i can see him in some way trying to build a domed stadium in and around the va/dc area.he wants a superbowl in dc,and the only way that will happen is if there is a dome stadium there.i'm sure it would help his ego to know that in the future if he does get a superbowl in dc,that folks will be remembering him well past his life for it.

Snyder has said in interviews no new stadium at least until the current lease runs out (20yrs from now). And I would say both putting the Skins back in DC and bringing a Superbowl here are good goals to shoot for, so why make it look like Snyder is just trying to build his ego? I don't get it.

I am not too sure about that! The Danny loves to spend the $$$ and the city of DC would welcome the team back with the right deal. I could forsee something going down in the next 5-7 years.

Don't forget that the Redskins have a lease with the city for FedEx field. Paying for that stadium is mostly in the hands of team generated revenues.

If those revenues go to another stadium, the next foreclosure will be on FedEx field. And Snyder would get sued to his tennis shoes to pay the remaining costs.

There will be no new stadium until the lease expires on FedEx.
