Maybe one of the mods can update the title? NFL.com - Coach of the Week (http://www.nfl.com/partner?partnerType=coaches) BleedBurgundy 09-16-2008, 10:11 AM voted for both. Ade Jimoh Fan Club 09-16-2008, 10:30 AM I voted as well; however, if I were unbiased, there's no way Horton deserves this over McFadden. I know it'll be unpopular, but if you watch his 2 INT's and his fumble recovery, it isn't b/c he made a great play in coverage, etc... they were tipped balls and he had a horseshoe up his ass. I will definitely give him credit for catching the ball (unlike other unamed DB's on our team), but it was less amazing performance and more lucky SOB. I'm extremely scared of Reed Doughty's coverage abilities, but he's definitely a safer play than Horton right now. I'm not ready to crown him a starter, although a few more games like this one and I will be. By the way, the Safety I was most excited about during preseason was Kareem Moore. What's KaMo up to these days? mredskins 09-16-2008, 10:36 AM I voted as well; however, if I were unbiased, there's no way Horton deserves this over McFadden. What's KaMo up to these days? I agree about McFadden and I think Shannhan should win also. with that said I still voted for the Redskin guys. =) BleedBurgundy 09-16-2008, 10:53 AM I agree about McFadden and I think Shannhan should win also. with that said I still voted for the Redskin guys. =) No way Shanahan wins after being gifted that game by Hochuli. I know the two point conversion was ballsy but still.... Monkeydad 09-16-2008, 11:14 AM Voted for our guys. How can they not show Horton's 2 picks also? Most people who didn't watch our game will miss out on how great of a game he really played. Oh well. Did anyone else have to sit through a really "happy" Romo commercial too? :D Crash 09-16-2008, 12:11 PM Voted....Also Portis is up for the ground player of the week Tha Posse 09-16-2008, 01:02 PM This makes people think that he only recovered a fumble. How retarded! rypper11 09-16-2008, 01:09 PM I voted as well; however, if I were unbiased, there's no way Horton deserves this over McFadden. What's KaMo up to these days? I agree that McFadden deserves it more but part of being a good safety is being in position and reacting correctly. No it wasn't spectacular and the fumble recovery he should have just flopped on but I'm still glad that he was in the right place. |
