Ask Away....
Giants QUestions for Tony McGeeGmanc711 09-05-2008, 12:52 AM Ask Away.... skinsguy 09-05-2008, 01:02 AM Tony, Did you expect the Redskins offense to be this inept out of the gate? Ruhskins 09-05-2008, 01:05 AM Can Santana Moss still be considered a playmaker? Meks 09-05-2008, 04:17 AM What do you make of the controversial pass interference call that handed the Giants thier only Touchdown of the game? (where fred smoot was pushed to the ground and still got called for interference?) BDBohnzie 09-05-2008, 12:42 PM As an offensive player, you were a part of many 2 minute drills. Last night, the Skins had the ball for 5:45 of the last 6:15, including a very poor 2 minute drill after getting the ball back from the Giants with 1:31 left, yet could not put anything together. Needing 2 scores, in FG range, and came away with nothing. For lack of better words, what do you blame this on? Zorn's inability to control the clock? Campbell's inability to control the offense and be smart enough to realize to put the pedal down when necessary? A combination of both? It seems to me the last 1:31 was put together very nonchalantly and it felt like the offense had no idea of what to do. I assume Zorn was on the sideline coaching Campbell up on what to do, but the execution simply was not there. He was a defensive end MTK 09-05-2008, 12:46 PM He was a defensive end LOL ouch I believe there was a Tony McGee that played TE for the Bengals back in the day, but that's not our Tony. Hog1 09-05-2008, 01:01 PM Greetings Tony, It looked to me that our lines on both sides of the ball were frequently (if not mostly) manhandled which caused.....all the control problems you would expect. Are we that far down the Bo-Hunk scale for He-man lineman, or is this a fluke that the coaching staff will fix? AND, any idea why Big Mike has no real role (like 3rd and one) in the O? Many thanx, The Hog1 BDBohnzie 09-05-2008, 01:19 PM Wow...what a Ma-roon I am. You can ask my wife...the brain's been quite mushy the last several weeks...well, when they are submitted to Tony, please kindly edit out my horrendous mistake. Thanks. Gmanc711 09-07-2008, 08:50 PM Hahaha, consider that done, BD. Anyways, wanna bump this cause I'll prob talk to him Monday or Tuesday, so get any further in if you'd like. |
