 Not sure why you said that?
You are arguing for a failed policy aren't you? Very Republican don't you think?

Very Republican don't you think? skinsguy 09-05-2008, 12:20 AM This is what I've been asking who was open while he was holding on to the ball? Nobody!!!! Did y'all want him to throw a pick? It's actually on both Campbell and the receivers. The receivers have to run the precise routes, and Campbell has to learn to throw timing passes to spots. Zorn's been saying the whole time the Jason is waiting for the receiver to be open, and that's not how the west coast offense works. Couple that with Jason still not reading the defenses and it makes for a long learning curve. mauiRedskinbarn 09-05-2008, 12:20 AM Put in collins, He spanked the giants 8 months ago, he won 4 in a row, he's still got momentum. He should be this teams captain, he can guide this team better than JC. Having him in is the best chance we have. Just like in Arizona, sit the sucker, start the veteran skinsguy 09-05-2008, 12:22 AM You are arguing for a failed policy aren't you? Very Republican don't you think? I don't really see how someone's political beliefs, Republican or Democrat, would have anything to do with this discussion about Jason Campbell. cpayne5 09-05-2008, 12:23 AM QBs are leaders. They lead the team.. he doesn't do that, period. He's a wimp that has no confidence. UGH!!! ... Brunell was a great leader. He must have been a great QB. hesscl34 09-05-2008, 12:27 AM Brunell was a great leader. He must have been a great QB. All I have to say to this is that Brunell got us to the second round ofthe playoffs and he threw DEEP to Moss SEVERAL times!!! The only thing that hindered him was age and injury.. not stupidity. wilsowilso 09-05-2008, 12:28 AM I don't really see how someone's political beliefs, Republican or Democrat, would have anything to do with this discussion about Jason Campbell. My bad. You made a long argument about how we should accept the status quo with regards to this mess? Sound familiar? cpayne5 09-05-2008, 12:29 AM Portis, Fletcher, Brooks. None of them were great. Portis had an awesome block on one of their DEs, and also a per carry average of below 4. If you're going to say the line wasn't blocking, then that also has to carry over to JC's performance. Not great. Fletcher was all over the field as usual, but I saw a couple of missed tackles and a few times where he was overmatched. Nothing great from him tonight. The only great thing Brooks was involved in tonight was when Jerome McDougal ran into him. He was rather unspectacular otherwise. Short(ish) punts, and no boomers. Good hangtimes, though. Not great. firstdown 09-05-2008, 12:31 AM JC didn't lose this game. We got whipped on both lines of scrimmage. Eli seemed to get his passes off when undeg pressure. The first sack JC wandered right into his coverage not away from it like a natural QB should do. cpayne5 09-05-2008, 12:32 AM All I have to say to this is that Brunell got us to the second round ofthe playoffs and he threw DEEP to Moss SEVERAL times!!! The only thing that hindered him was age and injury.. not stupidity. It's naive to think that JC's problem is a lack of intelligence. |
