It's the same problem every year for the past decade. The Redskins don't play well as a team. Forget playcalling, almost every play one person is getting beat, making a bad throw or running the wrong route. It doesn't matter what play is being called if you can't execute. And it's a different player each time which makes it very difficult to correct. I don't know if it's coaching, lack of leadership, bad luck or what. I am sure the players and coaches are just as frustrated as we fans are. However, it is getting harder and harder to dedicate an afternoon to watching this team play mediocre football.

Boy we could have used number 21 last night....there's a big difference without him back there rest in peace homie ...

The D did not loose this game and held them to 16 points.

I'm really sick of browsing the threads and reading stuff about how JC is learning the offense still and how Jim Zorn is a rookie coach.
Give me a break, I know this league takes time but no matter how much you try to candy coat it that game was terrible.
Sure our defense played exceptional in the 2nd half, but our offense was a non factor. Santana Moss still can't hold onto a ball when there is someone who poses a threat in the vicinity. Jason Campbell looks absolutely terrified at times in the pocket (which he shouldn't be noting his size). Our running game looked so similar to last year it wasn't even funny.
No matter how many excuses you throw out at it you can't change what it is. We played like a high school team on offense.

I thought our running game did ok. Portis didn't break the 100 mark, but he did rush for 84 yards. The Giants' D is nothing to sneeze at. No doubt that Jason looked lost out there, but like it or not, it is going to take time to develop.
