Does not look like they are to high on JC. I hope he proves them wrong.

Its a fantasy ranking for the week, not an overall prediction for the season. I think if it were a QB ranking for the year, JC would be slightly higher, although not by much.

Funny how Aaron Rogers is ahead of him. That's ok, Jason will prove them wrong.

If I remember they probably weren't to high on Derick Anderson last year either.
Some other thoughts
- Vince Young is not better then Jeff Garcia and Jason Campbell.
- Eli and Kitna are way to high. And they certainly aren't better then Derick Anderson over the course of a season.
- Garrard should be slightly higher
- While I believe in Rogers, he shouldn't be ranked that high

FANTASY rankings... they have a lot to do with matchups... after going 47-3 and 24-3 in games that don't count, it does make you wonder if the gnomes can score quickly and often, or if those games were what they were - games that don't mean anything...

I hope JC does prove them wrong.. really. It would be such a waste of that great arm of his to see him tank.

Well if this is a weekly ranking then it also reflects what they think about the other teams D and the way the Giants finished last year would play a big part.
JC gets some love as a potential breakout star:
Washington Redskins QB Jason Campbell
In his first full season as the Redskins' starter, Campbell had a quarterback rating of 77.6, 12 touchdown passes and 11 interceptions. Now, this isn't a knock on Joe Gibbs (a Hall of Fame coach) or Al Saunders (widely regarded as a great offensive coordinator), but Washington's new offense suits Campbell best. New Redskins coach Jim Zorn has installed a West Coast offense, a version of which Campbell played his senior year at Auburn. As a former NFL quarterback, Zorn also should help Campbell work through some of his mechanical and footwork problems. With an improving group of pass-catching weapons and a system that plays to his strengths, Campbell should take the next step and at least be deserving of the label "solid NFL starter."

When he was drafted alot of scouts were not very high on him. He has improved every year and I hope he improves this year too. I don't know whether he is going to pan out or not. I hope he proves to all of us that he can lead this team. I think we'll know by the end of the year.
From all accounts, JC had a great training camp. Hopefully this will translate to live games though.
